Bank DKI - Tokopedia to Support Jakarta Tourism Development

To support tourism development in Jakarta, Bank DKI collaborates with Tokopedia as the official sales partner for the Jakarta Tourist Pass. This card is specially designed in limited quantities and offers many attractive promotions.

Bank DKI President Director, Agus Haryoto Widodo stated the collaboration with Tokopedia is a strategic step in strengthening the digital ecosystem in Jakarta.

According to him, the Jakarta Tourist Pass Card would facilitate tourists to use public transportation and other tourist services. It is easy for the public to access and purchase via the Tokopedia platform.

"This is also a joint effort to make Jakarta a modern and integrated global city," he expressed, Wednesday (7/10).

Bank DKI's Technology and Operational Director, Amirul Wicaksono explained the Jakarta Tourist Pass is a collaboration product between his party and the Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency (Disparekraf), to make it easier for tourists to access and use various public transportation services in Jakarta on a cashless basis.

"Hopefully, it is capable of boosting tourism sector growth that is by providing easiness and comfort for tourists," he explained.

The same statement also came from Bank DKI Secretary, Arie Rinaldi.

"It is also hoped that this initiative can encourage Jakarta to become a more attractive and competitive tourist destination on the international stage," he hoped.
